Oh my gosh, Happy New Year!! How could I have waited so long for an update!!!?! Before I get stared, if you’re in NY, stop by St Mark’s Church, I’ll be singing a song there.

What can I tell you? Lots? The “Shake This” video is out and about. If you head to youtube you can find it there, as well as some acoustic songs we did for the Tripwire. If you head to Stereogum you can hear East is East’s first single, Coca Cola:

There’s a new video for Lost River which you’ll be seeing soon, shot in the mountains and waterfalls of NC. You can also see us in many parts of this fine country on tour starting in February. In March we’ll be at sxsw and there is a secret project brewing that perhaps I’ll get to tell you about in the coming months. So stay tuned, and I promise to be better about all this updates/upcoming jazz. East is East will be available on Feb 2, and starting on that day we’ll be coming to a city near you! Happy New Year, it’s going to be, it already is, great!

whoooo!!! its whooo time folks – we have shows coming up, a video in post-production, an ep coming out in Oct and a tour to go on!! East is East will grace your ears in early 2010 but keep your eyes and ears posted for all things “Shake This” as the ep abd video will rock your socks off.
