Hi there! So yes, it’s been quiet since May, well quiet on the surface, but behind the scenes the elves have been hard at work. The ep Yes City drops tomorrow, so make sure to grab that! Limited edition vinyl will be available in the spring. Also come spring I’ll be out and about again, with new songs to play you and some new friends playing ‘em. We can hardly wait! Stay tuned for shows to crop up and have a wonderful Wed.

We’re Home!! (For the Summer!)

Hey Folks,

Thanks so much to everyone who made our spring tour with Dr.Dog so incredible, we really had a wonderful and memorable adventure traveling the SW and playing for you all! We’ll be in and around Brooklyn this summer, playing shows, writing and recording, but I’ll be sure to post new pics and video from our tour and Morning Becomes Eclectic session in the coming weeks. For now, happy mother’s day and we’ll see you around town!

Spring Tour with Dr Dog and MBE!!

Hey folks,

So I’m very excited to announce we’re heading out west to do a leg of a tour with our pals Dr Dog! We needed to be on the west coast to hit KCRW in April and the kind Doggers are having us join em for our west coast dates. A few dates are still TBA but head to the ‘tour’ section for the itinerary!

Hi there. So this site is about to be updated! Whoo, it’s going to get a serious overhaul, not that serious, but it will be improved. I’m going to post our tour dates now for the next few months. Oh my gosh, Happy New Year!! How could I have waited so long for an update!!!?! Before I get stared, if you’re in NY, stop by St Mark’s Church, I’ll be singing a song there.

What can I tell you? Lots? The “Shake This” video is out and about. If you head to youtube you can find it there, as well as some acoustic songs we did for the Tripwire. If you head to Stereogum you can hear East is East’s first single, Coca Cola:

There’s a new video for Lost River which you’ll be seeing soon, shot in the mountains and waterfalls of NC. You can also see us in many parts of this fine country on tour starting in February. In March we’ll be at sxsw and there is a secret project brewing that perhaps I’ll get to tell you about in the coming months. So stay tuned, and I promise to be better about all this updates/upcoming jazz. East is East will be available on Feb 2, and starting on that day we’ll be coming to a city near you! Happy New Year, it’s going to be, it already is, great!
